#MicroblogMondays: New Habits

As the summer was winding down I thought about the wonderful possibilities for new starts / do-overs come September. This September especially, becauseĀ it starts on the first day of a brand new week, but more importantly because I’ll spend most of the month in vacation mode as I’m off work from Friday 5th till Wednesday 24th. Three glorious weeks without an alarm clock, with only a few obligations, a lot of time for leisure and for maybe creating new healthy habits. Healthy for body and soul. Plus one week on Jersey, Channel Islands. Close to the ocean. Time to just be and …. breathe. It’s about time to start doing that. Now. After I will have posted this and a final quick visit to Twitter and Feedly, I’ll get offline, grab my journal and a hot cocoa and unwind.
