The Simple Kind of Stuff – Week 3 + 4, 2018

Today has been… interesting. On an introspective, psychological level at least. I don’t want to dwell on that in this post (I do that in my mind already) so here are some good moments and memories from the last two weeks…

  • feeling helpful in a personal (health) crisis of a coworker
  • good news from the UK for my plans in Swindon
  • relaxing office chats over coffee in the morning
  • networking in official capacity went suprisingly easy and well
  • no hurricane damage at my family’s home or the place where I live
  • all in all, the utterly crazy trip to Swindon went very well
  • I went out of my shell this weekend and had some lovely conversations
  • Frank Turner & Sleeping Souls tour 2018/2019 announcement is imminent!
  • Some lovely clips from Frank at the gig in Lancaster (Sunday, 21st) and especially the morning after at Bowerham Primary School
  • rejoining My Peak Challenge for another year
  • Jojo Moyes new novel “Still Me” and her lovely BigDog feature in The Times
  • the Calm app
  • my wonderful Frank Turner friends
  • Relaxing classical radio on Spotify
